Using proprietary deep learning techniques, EazyInvoice automates data extraction and capture of key information from invoices at 100% accuracy for both printed and hand-written invoices.

EazyInvoice can extract both structured and unstructured data from all B2B and B2C invoices in both Indian and US formats. This includes key-value pairs such as invoice date, company name, product description, quantity, unit cost, cost of line item, tax amount, total amount etc. It also validates and corrects such data for better accuracy.

Once the data is extracted this can be automatically pushed into the existing ERP systems. In the event of a purchase order (PO) being available EazyInvoice has a feature to compare the incoming invoice with the purchase order.

How EazyInvoice works

Pre-processing

EazyInvoice will process the scanned image to clear noise and prepare it for extraction.

Extraction

Its recognition engine extracts data on the invoice and gives a confidence score against each pair i.e. a measure of how much the captured value is associated with the given key name.

Validation

Post-processing algorithms process this data and present output in the desired format.

Output

It sends information captures as key value pairs in CSV, XML or JSON format.

Manual override

If there is any ambiguity in validation, it automatically prompts the user to review, add or change. It also learns constantly from the user’s inputs.
